Eleornore Wilma Schlef, 77 August 21, 1943-June 15, 2021
Eleonore Wilma Schlef passed in Glendale CA. She was a resident of La Cresecenta for 50 years. She was born in Indio California to Vivian Lenelle Reade and Gilbert Eugene Reade. Wife of Roland Bruce Schlef, who passed on April 06, 2013. She is survived by Son-Bruce Scott Schlef, Scott Brian Schlef, Daughter-In-Law Deborah Schlef. Siblings, Irene, Oscar, Nathan and Karen.
Eleonore was a dedicated teacher’s aide who worked with disabled students, which she did proudly for over 21 years. She loved traveling, but her hobby of wood working and painting brought her the most joy. She was a very loving and caring person and was always willing to help others when possible. She will be missed by all that knew her.
