Barbara Nadine Van der Kolk
October 14, 1931 - February 10, 2013
Barbara was born in Los Angeles to Hollett and Lauretta Mae Conley, was raised and spent her entire life in Glendale. She worked for the Glendale YMCA for approximately 18 years and enjoyed many a summer working at Camp Fox in Catalina. Employment in later years was for JonDouglas/Prudential/Coldwell Banker Realty, as a front desk receptionist. Retired for 11 years, she enjoyed road trips and lunches with friends.
Barbara is survived by sons, Steve Lauterback (Joyce) and Scott Van der Kolk and daughter, Sandy McKee; grandsons, Joshua McKee, Dale and Keith Lauterback and great grandsons, Cole, Grant, Taylor and Devon Lauterback. Also, by her brother, Gordon Hart.
A memorial service will be held at Crippen Mortuary, 2900 Honolulu Ave, La Crescenta on March 1st at 11am.
